BUILDING YOUR CORE

Our Junior Varsity bodyweight training athletes are ages 9 - 14 and have no prior experience with weightlifting. This camp will focus on form drills and plyometrics that will prepare their bodies for weightlifting and further strength building exercises.

 

We will work on strength and speed drills such as ladders, cone drills, sled pushing/pulling, supported pull-ups, push-ups, burpees, etc.
