JR VARSITY:  WEIGHT LIFTING TRAINING - 9-14 YR OLDS

BUILD YOUR FRAMEWORK

Our Junior Varsity weight training athletes are ages 9 - 14 and have prior experience with weightlifting. This camp will focus on proper form and weightlifting progressions for developmental strength.

 

We will work on lifts such as bench press, incline press, squats, and deadlifts as well as some supplemental speed drills.
