VARSITY:  GETTING STARTED GROUP - 14-18 YR OLDS

Training & Dev for Sports Beginners

Our Getting Started Varsity group athletes are 14-18 years old and do not have extensive experience with physical or sport-specific training. These athletes are looking to improve their physical fitness, strength, speed, balance, and agility. This session is great for anyone considering trying out for a sports team next year or even just needing time away from video games to be physical, break a sweat, and build self-confidence.

 

The focus of this level will be on improving physical fitness, speed, jumping power, and strength. Examples of some of our workouts will be: stretching, calisthenics, coordination and balance exercises, plyometrics, cardio, and bodyweight exercises.
