VARSITY:  SKILLED LEARNING - 14-18 YR OLDS

Power Development for Athletes

Our Skilled Learning Varsity group athletes are 14-18 years old and have experience with physical training; they likely have experience with competitive sports teams and rudimentary weightlifting experience.  This session is great for athletes looking to improve their physicality while in between seasons. 

 

The focus of this level will be on improving overall strength and speed, agility, athleticism, and power. Examples of some of our workouts will be: Olympic lifts (power cleans/deadlifts/overhead press/bench press/incline press/etc), vertical jump, broad jump, sport-specific testing, 40-yard dash, and shuttle runs.
