ROOKIES:  WEIGHT LIFTING GROUP - 6-9 YR OLDS

Use Learned Skills to Build On

Rookie Weightlifters are our athletes aged 6-9 years that have participated in 2 or more of our camps previously or have been active in 3 or more rigorous sports programs prior to this summer.  These athletes are looking to improve upon their speed, agility, form, strength, and conditioning. 

 

This group will be working on drills that focus on competition through already-learned speed and agility skills such as: ladder drills, ground hurdles, resistance band work, and other body weight plyometric movements.
